Add a CommentAmazing documentary of a high school band in Texas that came out of nowhere in the mid-'70's and swept away honors and awards. Thanks to their band leader, Conrad O. Johnson they rose beyond anything they ever thought possible. This group of African-American students achieved the impossible in Texas in a time of change. They brought funk and honor to their school and their community. And then they reunited and did it again, 30 years later with an amazing reunion performance for their mentor.
Fun and feel good as anything. What an amazing group of people to work together so beautifully.
