A very engaging novel, interesting characters in an isolated setting.
Excellent book!
Could not wait to get back to it if I had to put it down. Suspenseful, powerful, shocking, romantic; I savoured it. One of those rare books that you fall into the time and place and don't want to leave. Goolrick is on my author watch list. A Reliable Wife was my favourite novel of that year, and this one is my fave for 2012. He's a masterful writer.
Not nearly as good as "A Reliable Wife"...but pretty good.
the best novel ever. a real page turner. i did not want it to end.
