Intriguing true story and what appears to be a lot of incompetence in the handling of the case. Honestly, a different eye colour was not noticed!!!!??

I WATCHED IT BECAUSE IT WAS A TRUE STORY. LOTTA WORK TO GET FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS TO BE INTERVIEWED. WAS TOO LONG WITH TOO MANY REPEATS. A TRUE CASE OF IDENTITY THEFT. NEVER HEARD OF A PAY PHONE IN PRISION CELL WHERE HE COULD CALL COLLECT ALL OVER THE WORLD TO GIVE FALSE HOPE TO PARENTS OF MISSING CHILDREN. PRIVATE DETECTIVE CHARLIE PARKER DID WHAT SPAIN AND THE U.S, FBI,COULD NOT DO.

One of those strange-but-true stories that makes for a compelling film no matter how its made. And it was pretty competently made, with the involvement of all the principals.
