A very enjoyable read, weaving past and present, featuring an interesting cast of characters - and a very special quilt.

Great first novel. The story and plot are intricately sewn together. This is a real all nighter. She has a second book out 'the last telegram' which I can't wait to read.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel, even though I accurately predicted the outcome halfway through. But even that didn't tarnish the appeal of this story.
