A documentary that outlined Morgan Sputnik’s journey of eating only McDonald’s for a month, Super Size Me is a must watch. I wouldn’t recommend it to families with young children, since there are a few inappropriate scenes; but overall, I…

A documentary that I enjoyed when it came out in 2004, the passage of fifteen years exposes Super Size Me's flaws and produces a number of cringe-worthy moments. The fat-shaming is the worst. How many shots of obese people from behind,…

Classic documentary. Gets points across with gentle humour. Entertaining throughout. You will never think of McDonald's in the same way again. I still love their French fries though, even if they are shown to be things that suspiciously…

Watched this hyperbole documentary several years ago and it raised my awareness of the value or lack of in fast foods. I don't eat McDonald food (overly sweetened, salted and reconstructed beef/chicken/buns/dressing) anymore.…

An indictment of the kind of "food" on which I was raised but no longer consume. Informative, yes, funny, yes, but most of all, it forced people to re-examine their own North-American lifestyle of choice. Still good after multiple…

McNauseating. An admirable (and brave! lol) experiment from Morgan Spurlock, with predictably dismal results. The statistics are frightening, even though his presentation was entertaining and whimsical. I think I'll go make a salad...

At times funny, at times compelling; an indictment of our society's lack of nutrition, despite its gluttonous consumption of essentially empty calories.

My sister told me about this documentary and I ended up seeing it with my family. This documentary exposes shocking details about McDonald's. I felt bad for the guy that had to eat McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was a…

If you enjoy documentaries, I would recommend seeing this one.
I didn't see this til 2010 but it backs up my feelings towards McDonalds (which I haven't eaten for at least 3 years). It makes us feel like crap but we still eat it?!?! Much love to Morgan for sacrificing himself the way he did in order…
