Although this collects the first issues of a new series, this story seems to start midway through. Each issue builds to a cliffhanger, so the tension keeps building. Dramatic art.

4 stars because Flash is my favorite character and I like Barry Allen best as the Flash. But the book is only an ok read, with way too many intercuts and flashbacks and boring explanations and moralizings. Hope this is just the shakedown…
