I was wondering about the name of this one. I know that the series is murder mystery, but I still didn't get the title. It ends up Kindaichi-Kun and Miyuki-Chan go to a second study school, to help get better grades. The school ends up having the nickname "Hanging High" Thus giving the title "No Noose Is Good Noose" an accurate name. I liked the tricks and whatnot as usual and as usual the insignificant is highly significant. Even though the ending is sad(as usual) it was a very good book.
