"Our personality is made up of many facets we have, ourselves, forgotten." Carlos Fuentes In this play a lady and her servant inhabit an abandoned house. Both are blind, yet each one believes that the other can see, that the other is their guardian, their guide. The lady expects protection from her servant, the servant from his lady. Both await in darkness the return of the lord of the house, gone six days before. The action takes place during the seventh-day vigil.
