Individual accounts of alcohol and drug abuse from various people, some well-known, some not. If you have had persons close to you struggling with addiction, or if you are interested in what addiction feels like, this is an excellent book. As was his first book, the story of his own battle with addiction.

Interesting book. This was a "Kennedy" I hadn't read too much about. I'm glad I read the book as it was very interesting and a great read.
A must read!!!!

The stories here are told by many people, some of whom will be familiar. Their "moments of clarity", and tales of addiction and recovery will touch you in ways you never expected.
