This is one of the best vegan cookbooks I have encountered. The ingredients are readily available and the recipes are simple and quickly prepared.
The only downfall is that there is no nutritional breakdown (calories, grams of fat/protein etc.), however, since the recipes are all vegan, we know they are healthy, and most importantly, no animal will suffer and die to satisfy your appetite!
