This is a great exercise DVD. Harper provides beginner, intermediate, and advanced examples for each exercise. He has his mom demonstrating the beginner moves :) It's divided into three sections: a workout for upper body, lower body, and abs. You can pick just one if you're short on time, or do all three (takes about an hour). He also stretches after almost every exercise, which I love. Highly recommend this one!
