I'd have written nearly the same thing jzimmer said. Not all that helpful when you really need it. Other, simpler stretches done regularly seem to help a bit, but not the overly done ones on this video.
Disappointing. Just a typical yoga video which isn't bad. But I have been doing yoga for years and have had chronic neck pain for years; many of the asanas were too much for me. I doubt that the instructor has ever had a day of neck pain. Would be ok with modifications for a day when I'm feeling good but definitely not for a day when I'm flared.
Very good stretching for Neck and Shoulders. Helpful hints as well.
