What a complete sham! No, the author does say some honest things abour a criminal corporation, CIGNA, but is it to make money for himsllf? It took Potter 20 years - - and after his retirement - - to figure this stuff wasn't ethical? Was criminal? Was just plain wrong? [Disclaimer: I worked at CIGNA for just 2 and 1/2 weeks when it became obvious it was one anti-patient, anti-human and unethical organization, and resigned.] Potter gets his retirment funds, plus becomes a big name on the neoliberal circuit, while possibly making money on books and talks?
