this review will contain spoilers. I really enjoyed this book up until near the end when the plot about the spring with its magic healing waters was introduced the plot kinda of annoyed me. How Emment want to cure his disabled brother who he was sure was suffering because he cannot speak so that must mean he has and awful life. . Ugh what an ablesit view point. Also drew leaving her pet rat behind. Poor hum , he probably did not survive out on his own for very long. I did like the start of the book. I just wish it had chosen to go in a different direction near the end. a mild three stars for me.

in truth, much better than I thought it would be. once I started it, I had to finish it without any breaks. really like the growing up and finding herself portion.

An exceptional novel, narrated by Drew Robin Sole, about the summer she moves from childhood to adulthood.

An all right book. I did not particularly enjoy it, but thats because thats not the genre I like to read. Most girls would really like it as it is well written and inspiring.
