Enjoyed this bag thoroughly with both our 3 year old and 5 year old. One book with no words at all, another with repetitive enough wording that they both picked up on the story and could "read" it themselves.
Have fun with the elephant puppet and "I Feel a Foot" (I placed the puppet in a fabric bag and left only the appropriate part out for them to feel as we read about it, not revealing the whole puppet until the story was finished).
"The Dot" and "Harold and the Purple Crayon" both inspire the magic of drawing. (We made our own "gilded" frames with swirls of glue [allowed to dry] spray painted gold and then brushed and wiped off with shoe polish to emphasize the 3D; they loved seeing their drawings framed).
