This is an entertaining story of several young women who happen to be American Muslims. They struggle with love and marriage and work and how to live in their culture and religion. It's not preachy, but it provides an unusual backdrop for romantic fiction. I enjoyed it!

This very readable novel explores friendship, integrity, politics, marriage and cultural differences among Muslim women in present day Boston.

Zobair's mix of current political themes, feminism and romance kept me turning pages.
