An insightful documentary that looks back at the Watergate saga through another lens- talk show host Dick Cavett and his show. Cavett spent a good deal of time commenting on the scandal and interviewing key players. Both in terms of present day commentary- Cavett, Woodward, and Bernstein all look back on those days- and archival interview footage, this documentary has a few surprises along the way, including making one admire and even like the panel of politicians who dealt with the Watergate hearings, and understand some of the mindset that made Nixon the sort of paranoid and devious president he was.
