In The Fate of Ten, the penultimate book to the Lorien Saga, Lore begins to set the stage for the final showdown between the Loriens and the Mogadorians. Due to the efforts of Six, Marina and Adamus, in the previous book, the Logic force has been released into earth and its inhabitants. This sets the stage for the severely depleted forces of the good guys to be replenished. On the other hand, John has revealed the presence of the Mogadorians and their allies at the United Nations. Unhindered of pretense, Setrakus Ra launches his invasion of earth on the major cities around the globe. Ella who is still connected to her great grandfather due to his twisted Logic charm struggles mentally against his control. Themes of love, loss, revenge and forgiveness are also visited in the lead up to the final show down as Mogadorian resistance forces begin to gather across the globe.

This book was heart-whelming.
The last book in the series is good too. It's called UNITED AS ONE. This one had me laughing while blinking away tears.

Very satisfying build-up to what I suspect will be the conclusion of the series.

A good cliff hanger to end on, with characters becoming better defined and growing. Looking forward to the end.

OMG! It is the best book in the series so far. I hate the way the left it with Sarah gone and not knowing how john feels and we have to wait a whole year to see is setrakus ra is killed and is they win. A side note is that when Ella tells john that he will suffer the most and he thinks that he has to kill her I think that she actually meant that he will suffer Sarah dying in order to kill setrakus ra. When I read the last book the ending was heart breaking because of how five and nine were killing each other and nine is my favorite character from how he loves to fight and how he always has something funny to say. This book is the same ending as heartbreaking to see that Sarah has died and that setrakus ra might not be killed as well as not knowing if they will win. UGGGG why do we have to wait a whole year to find out in the next book.

I wasn't super intrigued by all of the books prior to this one so I was pleasantly surprised when i devoured every word of this book right until the end!!! Incredible and thrilling! Can't wait for the next one!
