Someone needs to turn this book into a movie! Close to You was the funniest and sweetest little romance story I've read. The Tolkien geekery was totally fantastic and Kara has left me with a strong desire to visit Middle-earth (New Zealand).

Great Job for a first writer. I really enjoyed reading this book. I like the variety of personalities in the characters. Even those who may not be a fan of Tolkien can appreciate the love story in this one. I thought the ending was well worth it.
