"With characteristic wit and charm, Sarah Andersen's third collection of comics and illustrated personal essays offers a survival guide for frantic modern life: from the importance of avoiding morning people, to Internet troll defense 101, to the not-so-life-changing futility of tidying up. But when all else fails and the world around you is collapsing, make a hot chocolate, count the days until Halloween, and snuggle up next to your furry beacon of hope"--Back cover.

Charming, relatable, and delightfully funny comics depicting self-doubt, procrastination, love of animals. You know, adult things.

Albeit a short read, it was filled with a bevy of pets, anxiety, and the emotions of an artist.

It was very humorous, but don't miss the message of kindness and supporting others in their endeavors.

Loved it!

Another fantastic volume of hilarious and scarily accurate depictions of life and anxiety.

A very slight book. I find her drawings childish, and not very funny or poignant. I found the second half, about Internet use, interesting, but think she mishandled the difference between criticism and personal attack.

I have enjoyed all the Sarah's Scribbles books however this was my least favourite. The book holds all the usual humor, charm and apt depiction of early adulthood. What I didn't enjoy was that a third of the book is text, not comics, of her just talking about how people on the internet can be mean and how challenging that can be on an artist. This is sound and helpful advice to other aspiring artists but the final third of the book felt like a quickly written Instagram rant instead of a well curated published work.

I can relate to her.

As usual, Andersen's comics are poignant, so true they almost hurts and so hilarious. Another great collection.

I find Sarah Anderson hilarious and look forward to each collection of comics that she comes out with. I laughed quite a bit while reading this book!

Sara Anderson always makes me laugh, an interesting end to the book artist advice.
