The cover of this dvd shows beautiful Cate Blanchett; too bad none of the scenes in the movie look as good. She plays a toughy. Usually in the first part of the movie a person gets an idea of the plot, not here. She does an excellent job of portraying a freaked out recovered drug addict involved with losers who has some kind of trauma that's happened to her in the past, which is unclear what. The one good part was her relationship with her mother, despite a lot of swearing. Watched the whole movie and couldn't figure out what it was about- Poorly Directed, not much of a plot.
