A touching and worthy story, leading readers through a sequence of events that offer a range of emotional mindsets, ending with a pleasing conclusion. Ages 3-6

A sweet and simple story of trusting a newcomer and what they bring with them. Illustrations are bold with color and the text color matches each color in a fun way. Ultimately, a story of sympathy and kindness. Great for Pre-School and older. Would work well as a read aloud. Great for discussions on the animal's backstory or talking about when someone doesn't trust you and how that makes you feel.
