My first thought reading this book was it would be perfect for a feelings and emotions or all about me storytime. It's a sweet book that acknowledges we all have have big feelings and don't always know how to express them appropriately. While it is a board book, I'd use this book with children up to 6. (Plus who doesn't love books with sloths?)
