I have made Nach Waxman's Brisket, Rao's meatballs, Marcella Hazan's Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter. All simple and extremely tasty. I would travel far for a good meatball, and these meatballs with the fresh tomato sauce were outstanding. Planning to make Paul Bertolli's Cauliflower Soup and a few more things before I return the book. A delicious recipe, easy on the ingredients and specific on the directions, is a worthwhile one indeed.
