I am going to have to agree within limits with the two previous commenters, though I acknowledge the author laid bare a lot of fragments of modern reality. The same fragments that are sorted and shifted around by all factions and used to draw entirely different, diametrically opposed conclusions, ironclad. I agree with the Glad poster as to the reasons a lot of things didn't happen, but we both might be mistaken and certainly the fact the author didn't arrive there can't be held against the book. All in all reading it didn't open my eyes to anything new, surprising, shocking.
