The Chili Cookbook by Robb Walsh is the little cookbook that could. Don’t be fooled by its small stature, the Chili Cookbook is worth reading and cooking from. This title offers a wide variety of history and information on the origin of regional chili. The recipes vary greatly but each one we tried was delicious and the recipes accurate and easy to follow. Special sections include a chile and chili powder guide, vegetarian chili and chili party guide. This is a must check out for the cook and cookbook reader.
